Should have added: using vim 7.2 on ubuntu 10.04. Problem has only
been encounted when using the gui version - Huge version with GTK2
GUI.
I do now recall (and have made note in a knowledge base) that
:let Tlist_Show_Menu=0 is a fix, however, the more I know about
the cause of this, the more equipped I shall be to deal with it
in the future. So comments are still solicited.
