How to get rid of the >> marker?

I upgraded to 7.3 from 7.2. Now, if I hit Enter on any line in the
quickfix window, the matching file is opened with a >> marker in front
of the matching line. How do I get rid of the >> marker? The >> marker
wasn't there before the upgrade. Thanks.
