mapping for regular expression search

what's wrong with this mapping

nmap <script> s /[a-z|_|0-9]\+(.\+[^\r\n]\+);\C <CR>

i get the following error.

E492: Not an editor command: _|0-9]\+(.\+[^\r\n]\+);\C <CR>
