replace specific character "^@" in a text file

hi all:
I try to eliminate "^@" show in my vim but fail.
And I type
"%s/^@//g"
"%s/$.*ehci_urb_done/ehci_urb_done/g"
are in vain.

Would anyone has the idea how to erase "^@"?
