Unknown error in vim by clang complete init when ever I open a file. (error in details)

I tried to install clang formatter, But I faced some issues. So i removed it and then I started facing this new issue i am breaking my head with this issue for a while.

I deleted the clang format file from the .vim folder. I think that's the mistake I did.

So guys please help me.
