Well, Tim.

I tested the "+ register and it worked as expected. On vim, I saved text into the "+ register, and recovered it on Emacs, by pressing Ctrl-Y. Thank you for your answer. This group is really good. I am learning how to use Vim really fast, thanks to the members of this group.
