modify one line in $home/_vimrc:

function MyDiff()
...
  if $VIMRUNTIME =~ ' '
    if &sh =~ '\<cmd'
...

to:

function MyDiff()
...
  if $VIMRUNTIME =~ ' '
    if &sh =~ "\<cmd"
...
