SCons files indentation problem

I have the above two packages installed. But my vim can not correctly
indent the SConstruct. For example, it will indent the SConstruct file
as the following. I'm wondering if anybody have some scripts on
correctly indent SConstruct files.

env = Environment()
def build(target, source, env):
# Whatever it takes to build
return None

env.Command('foo.out', 'foo.in', build)
