Abbreviations and paste option

Hello everyone !

I use the abbreviations more and more often, but as the help mention:

They don't for the command mode when the option 'paste' is set.

And when I'm in the command mode, my paste toggle key doesn't work. So my
workarounds are either to go to insert mode and then the paste option toggle
key, or another command before to unset the paste option...

How do you handle the option with the abbreviations ?
