You're going to give WAY more detail than that, to get an answer.

For example:

* What tab completion plugin are you trying to install (with URL)?
* What command or method are you using to install this plugin?
* What do you mean by "doesn't work"? What part is failing? In what way is it failing?

and more generally:

* What did you do?
* What did you expect to happen when you did that?
* What happened instead?
