Ah, well there you go: it's pylint that doesn't like the arguments you
give it.

You can pass this through vim by escaping the double quotes. Perhaps
this is what you mean by "mask the double quotes". Try this:

--rcfile=\"C:\Program\ Files\ (x86)\vim\pylintrc\"\
--output-format=parseable\ --reports=n\ %
