Alternate view of articles on Vim Tips Wiki

I stumbled over the "print view" Mediawiki feature on a wiki we use at
my workplace a while back. I have added a link to this to (almost)
every tip in our wiki. On any tips that are not "proposed new tips"
there is now a "Printable" link next to the tip number. Clicking on
this link will remove all the ads and the annoying new Wikia
interface. It is also (obviously) nicer for printing, but this view
should be used by default when you print anyway (from a modern browser
anyway). There are some formatting issues and you won't be able to
*stay* in this view if you follow links but it looks a lot better for
some tips.

If anyone knows how to edit the CSS for the print view in a Mediawiki
wiki I'm sure we can improve the format issues to some extent as well.
