Analogous command to 'S' that doesn't enter insert mode?

Hi Internets,

I love the command 'S' because it removes the contents of the current
line and returns the cursor to the beginning of the line. The line
still persists but is now empty for editing. However, 'S' enters
insert mode. Is there a command similar to 'S' that will delete the
entire line (like dd) but preserve the line and return the cursor to
the start and not enter edit mode?

Oh. Basically, is there a command for '0D'?

Thanks.
