Yes, I saw a link to appspot website in http://www.vim.org/docs.php
and also noticed that it has documentation for 7.4. But the thing is
it was mentioned after http://vimdoc.sourceforge.net/ in the "Help
Files" section of http://www.vim.org/docs.php . Since users typically
read from top to bottom, I suggest either of the following:

1) point to appspot link before vimdoc
2) update vimdoc to 7.4
