libiconv - Vim 8 - entry point not found

I just compiled the latest of Vim 8 (8.0.92).

My previous version was 8.0.46 (also compiled by my machine).

When I start it up (gvim) I get a message box:

"The procedure entry point libiconv could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\vim\vim80\libintl-8.dll"

Has something (very) recently changed around this?
