Re: vim (in terminal) fails to redraw after window resizing

same over here. To me, it looks like this was introduced with patch 295.
I'm on Arch, too, also using XTerm and Awesome -- but it's the same with
Openbox.

Let me add that sometimes the window refreshes properly if you wait a
few seconds.
