Is it possible to have the font one size in one split (window) and
then a different size in different split?
I'm using taglist and it'd be great if I could use a smaller font in
the taglist split, while still using a normal-sized font for the split
containing the file being edited. I'd like to do that so as to fit
more lines of text into the taglist split and get, at a glance, more
of a global view of the file.
From my reading of the help files it looks like this isn't possible,
as
font settings seem to be global, but I thought I'd check here just in
case
I've overlooked a way.
If it isn't possible, I'd like to suggest this as a future feature.
(I notice todo.txt has, in the 'Far future and "big" extensions'
section: "Several top-level windows in one Vim session. Be able to
use a different font in each top-level window." - but that seems
slightly different.).
Thanks,
James.
