Are you suggesting that there be just one installer to replace the
current Cream and non-Cream installers? If so, what would the
Windows Explorer context menu contain? I would think that Cream
users would want to be able to select only gvim with Cream
and that non-Cream users would want to be able to select only
gvim without Cream.
