Missing help?

Hi,

Do you guys know if the regular vim installer installs the vim
documentation? Whenever I try to access the help by typing ":help" I
get the following error:

E434: Can't find tag pattern

This is on a Windows XP SP3 machine (Spanish version), using gvim 7.3.
I've tried the regular installer than can be found in www.vim.org, the
OLE32 version and the "Vim without Cream" that can be found on the
"Cream" project files repository. I also had this problem with vim
7.2.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
