Good catch, Christian! I've fixed it by including isk in
s:NetrwOptionSave() and
s:NetrwOptionRestore(). It seems that isk was the only such option left
out that
s:NetrwSafeOptions() touches. However, I also went through the body of
the code
and included addtional options that netrw touches and included them, too.

You may get an updated copy of netrw with this issue fixed by
downloading netrw
at http://drchip.0sites.net/astronaut/vim/index.html#NETRW .
