My next Vim without Cream build is going to option a right click menu
"Edit with Vim" that bypasses the gimvext.dll and simply passes the
filename to Vim. It will work on 32- and 64-bit. My Cream build
already does this and I've been using it for years. I can't even
imagine why I'd use a read-only or evim option.
