It is for help files only. `<EOL>` in rhs of the mapping does exactly
the same thing `<LT>EOL>`, `echo "\<EOL>"` displays `<EOL>`. The only
place where `<EOL>` is special is help file *text*, check `:helpgrep
\c<EOL>`.
