E194: No alternate file name to substitute for '#':

I have two plugins with this touble
First with perl-support. At vim start I got message
Could not load the tool "make" (Vim(runtime):E194: No alternate file
name to substitute for '#': runtime autoload/mmtoolbox#make#GetInfo.vim)
- occurred at FuncUndefined Auto commands for "*"

And second is
https://github.com/airblade/vim-gitgutter
It's message is
Error detected while processing FuncUndefined Auto commands for "*":
E194: No alternate file name to substitute for '#': runtime
autoload/diff#run_diff.vim

How can I fix it?
