No idea -- obviously I can't use that address myself for testing. May I
suggest looking at :he netrw-debug .

Also, please include the vim version you're using and the netrw version
you're using (its up to v150 now, you can get it from
http://www.drchip.org/astronaut/vim/index.html#NETRW).

What happens when you try to use ftp from the command line?
