Steve Hall: Would you please confirm this. I suppose some work
with the NSIS installer config would allow an option (default?)
to register Vim during install?
Vim src/dosinst.c contains this comment for function
install_registry():
Add some entries to the registry:
- to add "Edit with Vim" to the context * menu
- to add Vim to the "Open with..." list
- to uninstall Vim
