I have no idea what it might be, and (to answer your previous "maybe you
didn't see" post) Courier New (from openSUSE Linux 11.4, and I'm not
sure which package, maybe fetchmsttfonts) works perfectly for me, even
without special cursor handling, and the bigger the prettier.
