Sorry for the ugly message. I think I made a foolish mistake to mix
the wide characters with ASCII characters.
So I re-type my message here.

OS Env: Window XP SP3 (English Version)
VIM version: VIM 7.3 (the latest version)
Problem Details:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Errors occur when a perl script is opened. The attachement contains the error
message of vim when a perl script is opened.
If Enter is pressed, the perl script can be opened. But it can NOT be saved
with the usual command ':w'. Command ':w!' has to been used to save the file.
It seems VIM opens this file in read-only mode.
But today I find the problem disappears! Everything goes all right when a perl
script is opened! I wonder whether this is a bug of vim?
