Does it? I've got one computer at home with Cream on it, and the
couple of times I've tried installing a new version of "vim without
cream" on top of it, it messes up the Cream install so that the
shortcut just throws errors.

Couldn't tell you the details at the moment, of course...but if it's
supposed to work, maybe I'll try again.
