Sorry I'm still puzzled. Did you mean, using the sane gmail account,
you post to mailing list via smtp and can receive messages bounced by
mailing list into you in-box via pop3? Then there should be 2 copies
of messages.
1. one inside your sent box
2. the other inside your in-box assuming that has not been moved to
other box by filter.

Does the one inside in-box contain "list-id:" in its header?
