Save and restore screen size and position

I finally got around to updating this tip (I was the original creator).

I have updated the scripts, tested them under Vim 7.2 and Vim 6.3.
Applied all comments and removed them.

If anyone has any comments on the script, please post here (initially)
and I will continue to update the script.

Otherwise, you can add your comments directly to the Wiki page. I
removed all previous comments when I updated the scripts to address
the comments.
