[OT] Searching list archives

Has anyone found a good way to search the archives for this mailing
list from the google groups (or some mirror's) interface?

For example, I was looking for this thread a while back:

http://groups.google.com/group/vim_use/browse_thread/thread/53ba2a207d05f409

So, I tried entering "visual mode pasting" in the search box on
http://groups.google.com/group/vim_use but it seems that google groups
only shows results for recent threads:

http://groups.google.com/group/vim_use/search?group=vim_use&q=visual+mode+pasting

On the other hand, doing a site-specific google search finds exactly
what I'm looking for:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Agroups.google.com%2Fgroup%2Fvim_use+visual+mode+pasting

As a workaround, it's decent, but I don't like the fact that I need to
use it.
