mail list subscription don't works

Hello!
I can't subscribe to vim@vim.org and vim-announce@vim.org.

When I send mail to vim-subscribe@vim.org, I receive answer:
"Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"

This is the mail system at host ice.42.org.
